Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup onions (chopped)
- 2 tsp garlic (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp oil
- Salt and black pepper (kali mirch) powder to taste
Garnish
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
Method
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add onions and garlic.
- Sauté till the onions are translucent.
- Add the mixed vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add 2 cups of water, salt, and pepper.
- Allow it to come to a boil and simmer till the vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with coriander, and serve hot.
