Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups atta
- 1/3 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
- 3/4 cup spinach (palak) (chopped)
- 2 green chillies, (chopped)
- 4 tbsp curds (dahi) or milk
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Method
- Mix all the ingredients and make a well kneaded dough.
- Roll out the dough into small rotis with the help of a little flour.
- Cook on a non-stick tawa (griddle) with a little oil. Serve hot.
