Paneer is our favourite source of protein. Moreover, it can be used for numerous recipes! Here’s a personal favourite.
Ingredients:
- 100 gms paneer
- 2 pods crushed garlic
- ½ tsp vinegar
- Mixed dried herbs-basil, thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Rub the paneer with salt, crushed garlic, and mixed herbs.
- Marinate for at least ½ an hour.
- Preheat the oven to 250C.
- Cover a grilling tray with tin foil and place the paneer on it.
- Pop the tray into the hot oven.
- Using a flat spatula, gently turn over the paneer after 10 minutes.
- Cook for another 5 minutes, then put the oven on browning mode for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the white sauce, and serve hot.
